The way we shape our character will largely affect the way you play the game. 1. Ramp up your fitness score by exercise!
Exercise is vitally important not just for your health but for everything else in your life. Your immune cells are produced while you sleep. Various physical processes require time to function at healthy levels. Getting enough rest at night is crucial for your mental and physical well-being. Make a commitment to start getting eight hours of sleep every night. Create a schedule that works for you, pick a standard waking time and stick with it. Make sure you check your bedroom for distractions and get your room ready for a great night’s sleep.
9. Make a habit of reading every day
Reading has a significant number of benefits including mental stimulation, stress reduction, knowledge & vocabulary expansion, memory improvement, stronger analytical thinking skills, improved focus and concentration, better writing skills, tranquility and free entertainment.
