Fasting can help in losing weight

Detox regularly to eradicate unnecessary toxins

Detoxing can make more harm than good. Toxins are substances that are bad for humans which are brought by consuming foods from animals and plants that we can’t digest. This is just brought by marketers to sell their products. Our body has its detox system that flushes away unnecessary substances that can harm our body. Fiber-rich foods are only there to just help our system.
