Don’t eat before bedtime to lose fat

It may have caused you a slight difference. But the key to losing fat while you sleep is improving your resting metabolic rate. Training and diets are some ways how you improve your resting metabolic rate. It is not necessary to not eat at all and deprive yourself. If you are not feeling well, you should eat. But there is a line to that. Know the difference.

Exercise in an empty stomach

Most people believed that training in an empty stomach will help them lose more weight. Your body tends to use body fats as an energy source for your workout. However, an empty stomach will not grant you the efficiency to perform well.

If you are under intensive training and workouts, it is better to eat 1 or 2 hours before the training begins. It can give you an optimum shape to perform exercises more efficiently.

Lifting weights makes women bulkier

Building bulkier muscles has a lot of factors you need to consider before building them. Training alone can’t give you a bulkier shape. You need to take a lot of protein to build muscles. High protein diets can give you the shape that you want. If you want bigger muscles, high consumption of protein and intensive weight training should be done.

Fasting can help in losing weight

This is true at some point but not in a healthy way. Fasting to lose weight is only reducing your necessary body fluids that resulted in weight loss. It is more difficult for you to lose body fats if your necessary body fluids are gone.

Detox regularly to eradicate unnecessary toxins

Detoxing can make more harm than good. Toxins are substances that are bad for humans which are brought by consuming foods from animals and plants that we can’t digest. This is just brought by marketers to sell their products. Our body has its detox system that flushes away unnecessary substances that can harm our body. Fiber-rich foods are only there to just help our system.
