Because in this short article, we’re going to cook low carb Chaffles – a low-calorie waffle developed by Karly Campbell, from the KETO community!
Unlike the waffles that the world knows that is made of flour and other ingredients, chaffles are made from eggs and shredded mozzarella. Chaffles come in different flavors – it can be garlic bread chaffles, pizza chaffles, or cookie chaffles.
So, how do we serve it?
Here are the 4 ingredients (yes, just 4) that you’ll need:
1)1 large egg
2)½ cup of finely shredded mozzarella
How to cook:
1)First, plug the waffle maker to heat.
2)Crack the egg into a small bowl and beat it with a fork. Add the mozzarella to the egg and stir to combine. Set aside.
3)Spray the waffle iron with a non-stick spray (can be olive oil).
4)Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5)Remove the waffle from the iron and serve with butter on top and syrup.
